Where Do I Enter My Discount Code?

Do You Offer Express Delivery?

We are always working on ways to get your jewelry to you faster.


For deliveries to the US we offer our Express Shipping option (2-3 business days, excl. weekends).


Please note: We do not ship Express to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses at this time.


Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to offer express delivery to all other countries and outlying islands.

Will I Have To Pay For International Taxes And Duties?

Mapogo can’t control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges if they apply.


In rare cases you might be contacted by customs to submit an invoice. In this case, you can simply forward our order confirmation email which you’ve received when placing your Mapogo order.


If you should decide to decline a package you will be refunded minus a fee for returning the item to us and restocking it.


For international shipments outside of the USA, all website prices are exclusive of sales tax. VAT is not collected at checkout. Mapogo Jewelry is not responsible for VAT and customs fees which will be charged to the customer directly by the shipping service provider.

My Order Shows Up As Delivered, But I Haven’t Received It. What Should I Do?

In rare cases, your package can show as ‘delivered’ before you receive it.

This may be down to the delivery being marked as complete preemptively. Alternatively, your shipping carrier might have left it in a hidden location to prevent damages or theft. Check near your front door and talk to your household members and neighbors.


If you still can’t locate your order, contact your shipping carrier and state your tracking number. Please get in touch via and we will do our best to assist you in locating your missing package.


If your order continues to be missing after following the above steps, please note that we are unable to offer reshipments or refunds on orders that show up as delivered.

Yes! We want you to be head over heels for your new jewelry. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we want to make things right.

What Materials Do You Use To Craft Your Jewelry?

We pride ourselves in using only the finest of metals and authentic gemstones. We strive to be entirely transparent when it comes to the materials we use for all of our jewelry.


Our jewelry is made from a range of precious metals, including the following: 925 Sterling Silver, Rhodium-plated 925 Sterling Silver, 18 Karat Gold Vermeil and 18 Karat Solid Gold. .

What Does “18kt Gold Vermeil” mean?

Vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a special style of Gold plating that is often also referred to as Silver gilt. Vermeil is a Gold coating that is laid over the top of a Sterling Silver base, which makes the jewelry more durable and gives it that more appealing longer-lasting color and shine. Gold Vermeil has to meet all of these conditions:

1. Have 925 sterling silver as its base material.
2. Be plated in gold that is at least 10kt (10 karats) - our gold coating is even 18kt.
3. Have gold plating that is at least 2.5 microns thick. A micron is 1/1000th of a millimeter.

Will My Jewelry Tarnish?

Any jewelry made with copper such as Sterling Silver items can tarnish slightly over time, however, for many people, this is outweighed by the sophisticated properties of natural metals. If you do see a slight blackening in your piece it is nothing to be alarmed about and the jewelry can easily be brought right back to its shining self with a jewelry polishing cloth which we send with every order.


Most of our pieces have a rhodium plating that increases the durability of the jewelry and prevents tarnishing from contact with water or sweat, or an oxidized finish that strengthens durability to prevent wear and tear and ages beautifully over time to create its very own unique patina.

Is my Jewelry Sweat and Water Resistant?

We only work with the highest quality and most durable materials. You may get your jewelry wet. Like all precious metals, to maintain lasting shine and durability you will want to keep away from harsh chemicals. We recommend you dry your products as soon as possible by using a cloth towel after getting wet.
